Purpose of the Role

Responsible for overall HR Function covering Recruitment, Payroll processing,
Performance Management System, Training, Employee engagement, Administration and
Statutory compliances
Role Description
Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for IT/Non IT positions
 Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through
various job portals and networking websites.
 Maintain the hiring funnel and metrics like candidate’s conversion ratios, NPS etc
 Regular Interaction with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements,
determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future
requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively
 Screen candidate on both soft and technical skills
 Build strong foundation of culture, systems, and processes at scale
 Ensure prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial managementemployee
relations and achieve dedication by employees
 Negotiating and amicably settling disputes and maintaining discipline & harmonious
working environment across all employee levels
Requirement:



 Post Graduate in HR
 2-5 years of sourcing experience in a recruitment agency or in a company.
 Proficiency in various sourcing strategies including key-word searches and hiring
portals
 Understanding of the recruiting funnel and monitoring of Talent acquisition
metrics
 Exceptional communication skills
 Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment
 Pro-active approach to launch new initiative and implement systems
 Proficiency in MS office suit- word, power point, excel
 Experience in working in a start-up is preferred
